Program Terms
The Ambassador Referral Rewards Program is open to all active Williams Orthodontics patients. A $50 reward is issued per referred patient who begins active orthodontic treatment, payable 60 days after the referred patient's official treatment start date. Rewards are available as a $50 Visa/Mastercard gift card or as a $50 credit toward the referring patient's treatment balance — patient's choice. There is no cap on the number of referrals or rewards earned. The referring patient must be identified at the time of the referred patient's consultation booking. Referral rewards have no cash value beyond the stated amounts and are non-transferable. Williams Orthodontics reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time with reasonable notice. Rewards are not retroactive for referrals made prior to program enrollment.
